We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us without giving any reason. If an order is rejected, we will attempt to notify you by email or telephone.
Wicked Giggles does not offer a SALE or RETURN policy.
All Wicked Giggles products are made to order and can take 4-5 working days to create before dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. UK Mainland ONLY.
All goods remain the property of Wicked Giggles until payment has been received in full.
We endeavour to dispatch your products as ordered but occasionally damages or shortages may
occur. For damaged goods or shortages, the following returns and refunds policy applies:
Returns and Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: Before returning damaged or faulty goods we request that you contact us by email at email@example.com
All damages must be reported to the carrier immediately.
All damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
All packaging must be retained to enable a full investigation to take place. Please ensure that the delivery docket is signed damaged on arrival.
We cannot be held liable for orders shipped in good faith to an incorrect address due to wrong details having been entered on your order.
Faulty goods - Contact Wicked Giggles within 6 months of your purchase, we will send you a pre-paid Returns Label to send the item back to us, if you can provide the order reference number for the original purchase that would be great. We will exchange the item for you or credit your account if this is not possible.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Wicked Giggles within 3 days of being delivered; and stating your order number. Any claim will then be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
Wicked Giggles cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the ordering process. If an order is delayed or returned due to incorrect information being supplied to Wicked Giggles, the cost of re-sending the order to you must be covered by you.

Credit/Debit Card Payments
Credit / Debit card payments are processed on our website through PayPal or Stripe. Both are independent payment service providers (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. PayPal payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS). Both are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Wicked Giggles does not store or keep any Credit or Debit card details at its business location or at a remote location. Payment details submitted will only be used to process your order with PayPal and will not be held against your account.

Privacy & Disclaimer
Details received are confidential and will never be passed on to any other organisation without the customers consent unless ordered to do so by law. You will never receive phone calls as a result from ordering from by third parties or other organisations unless the customers consent was given or the communication will help the customer or improve the business transaction. Infrequent emails or direct mail may be sent to customers with a purchase history, however an unsubscribe feature will clearly be highlighted on any email correspondence to allow the customer to opt out. Email addresses will never be sent on or sold to any third parties.
